 Continuing Scuba Education Classes

Under Water Navigation Specialty:
August 19th @ 9am The Pacific NW has lots of diving opportunities to be had from shore. The importance of safe shore diving is being able to navigate under the water. One, so you can return where you started from. The other reason to have good navigation skills is to be more efficient under the water. Which means longer bottom times and more awesome stuff to see. Brings stress down and helps with buddy communication. Great class to take if you are looking to build on becoming a better scuba diver – any where you go! Required equipment: need own compass. Rentals are 50% per day when taking a continuing education class with Gone Diving.

Dry Suit Specialty:
September 7th, Thursday  @ 6-10pm / September 16th, Saturday
Experience the comfort and warmth of dry suit diving! You can choose to take this class along with your open water class or any time after. First date is night in the pool for an orientation dive and mini-classroom session. Second date is two open water check out dives. Must attend both sessions. This is a great class to get introduced to diving in the Pacific Northwest if you are new to the area.

Deep Water Specialty: Sounds interesting to you? Call and we can schedule the dates.
Many exciting dive sites are located in deeper water. Without proper training, this kind of diving puts you at risk. The SSI Deep Diving Specialty will give you the ability to safely and comfortably plan and conduct dives beyond 60 feet, and is a prerequisite for some advanced training. You will earn the SSI Deep Diving Specialty certification. after completing this program.

Leadership Program: SSI Dive Guide, Dive Master, Dive Control Specialist, Open Water Instructor.
Starts any time your are ready!

Ready to step into the Dive Leadership or Professional level of becoming a Dive Guide/Dive Master. Must have 50 logged dives, Stress/Rescue, First Aid, CPR and O2 provider to start. Come in and talk with Charlynn about getting started in the Professional level.

Basic Refreshers • Scuba Reviews • Discover Local Diving

Basic Refresher: Sessions available Tuesday or Thursday evenings
Been out of the water for awhile (6 months to over a year) and tired of missing out of all the fun we are having? Get in the pool for an hour to get a basic refresher before going out to the open water. Sometimes all it takes is to just get under the water to get back on track. Call for pricing to schedule your Basic Refresher.

Scuba Review/Tune-up: Sessions available Tuesday or Thursday evenings
If it has been more than five years since you have been in the water, we recommend a more in depth Scuba Review/Tune-up. One night of pool, classroom and an optional open water dive. Call for an appointment.

Discover your local area – New to the area? Would you like to go out with a guided tour guide to show you great local diving areas? We can help! Give us a call to help introduce you to Pacific Northwest diving.
